In January 2025, AMMEL2 obtained his first quality certification, ISO 9001.

This certification was only a validation of the process of permanent improvement of our customer service, at the heart of our concerns.

Our strategic objectives :

1- the complete satisfaction of our customers driven by our values of reliability, loyalty, responsiveness and creativity,

2- proximity through the continuous search for the shortest routes in our supply chain, technical and commercial relationships, and after-sales service,

3- compliance with the regulations in force and any other requirements imposed,

4- development of staff skills,

5- continuous improvement of the company's processes and working methods,

6- control of costs and supply chains with a view to offering competitive prices,

7- the availability and maintenance in perfect condition of machines and our equipment,

8- ongoing reflection on our communication, e-marketing and social media strategy based on marketing studies, our products and our services.

To achieve these objectives, AMMEL2 undertakes to:

Provide the necessary resources for the implementation of the quality system,
Ensure that the Quality Policy and Objectives are established and compatible with the strategy and the context in which our Company operates,
Provide the necessary arrangements for effective communication internally and externally with interested parties on issues impacting quality,
Improve our national and international visibility by developing our collaborations and partnerships both nationally and internationally.
Meet requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality system,
Maintain an adequate environment that allows employees to be involved in achieving objectives.
